The First Step for FS2002 takes it's position as the First Product in a series of AeroSim Real Add-on Series for Microsoft FS2002. It has been developed to work in Microsoft FS2002 and it features a Airline Pilot Training which takes place at the Shimojishima Airport.
The Shimojishima, RORS, is the only airport available in Japan for exclusive use of Airline Pilots for their training flight. Airlines Pilot Training, including Emergency Training, offered by this add-on uses two different type of Boeing 767, both in Boeing House Color. One is type -300 (with P&W engines) and another type is -300 Extended Range (with GE engines). The aircraft are replicated meticulously in detail with the reflective metallic textures, which is the new feature brought in to the Flight Sim World by FS2002 of Microsoft.
The scenery of the Shimojishima Airport features a very tropical feel, along with the objects, such as the various type of Antenna, Approach Lighting System and Runway Distance Marker. The radar scope, controller table and the like were depicted inside the control tower. The reefs around the island are colored in blue peculiar to the sea of Okinawa.
Totally, 21 adventure programs are offered by this add-on soft for you to improve your skill as the pilot of Airliner B767. Of these adventures, 19 adventures are to be flown at Shimojishima Airport, and the rest of adventures are provided additionally for you to get a chance to fly at the snow covered airport, Memanbetsu Airport which is located at the northern tip of Hokkaido.
Some of the adventures included shall run automatically, enabling player just to observe and learn how the training flight be performed under the supervision of checker pilot.
The training adventure No.21 are provided for the sim-pilot who are ranked at intermediate level or higher. The contents of the training adventure No.21 are the same as that of what is actually performed by a real-life pilot of Airline Training Center at the Shimojishima Airport. At the end of this training flight, the pilot performance are rated and scored.

Install: (1) After Unzip, there'll be a "install.exe". Double click on this install.exe to launch the installer. Press down the bar "First Step for FS2002" bar. (2) Click the OK button. (SIMPINST window) (3) See to it that the Directory of FS2002 is selected, then click the OK button to initiate installation. (4) During the installation process, SCINST window will appear. Then, tick the check for FS2002, and click the OK button. (If SCINST had ever been used, then press the button of "Select FS Version" and tick the check for FS2002 and click the OK button). (5) Ensure that the directory of FS2002 is being properly selected, then click the INSTALL button. Example: c:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\FS2002 (6) That's all there is to it! The scenery should have automatically been registered to the Scenery Library Menu by the installer. Uninstall: (1) Fire up the FS2002, and access to the Scenery Library. Delete "First Step for FS2002" from the Scenery Libaray. (2) Launch the installer by double-clicking the INSTALL.exe which was made avail when the Zip file was unpacked. (3) Press the bar "First Step for FS2002" (4) Click on the OK button. (SIMPINST window) (5) Select [First Step for FS2002 remove from FS2002] in lieu of [First Step for FS2002 install for FS2002] which appears in the window, then click the OK button after having checked that the selected directory is appropriate. (6) Uninstall will then be processed.

With his kind permission, the installer is given a task to install FSUIPC.dll Version 2.83 to the Module Folder of your FS2002 directory.
